Burnout syndrome is a complex problem for health care organizations in Mexico in contingency situations, particularly for decision making by managers and professionals, executives, middle managers, and operational staff in situations of high uncertainty and organizational violence. This article presents a mathematical model for intervention and support for correct decision making in situations of high complexity and quality supervision of protocols. Through a qualitative methodological approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with different actors who intervene or have intervened in decision-making in the organizational field of health.
